SALES & REFUND TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS”)

1. SALES AND REFUND POLICY

Thanks for shopping at Affexcel. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the cool stuff we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products, whether you’re at the Affexcel Online Store, in an Affexcel Retail Store, or on the phone with the Affexcel Contact Centre. (To make it visually easier on both of us, we’ll refer to these entities as the “Affexcel Store” in this policy.)

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at an Affexcel Store. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at an Affexcel Store, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Affexcel’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

2. STANDARD RETURN POLICY

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a tangible product, you purchased online from Affexcel:

  • You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from Affexcel, either online or at an Affexcel Retail Store, can be returned to Affexcel. Affexcel products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
  • Please ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with all accessories, contain items and documentation that were included when you received it.

There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return, including:

  • Opened software*
  • Electronic Software Downloads
  • Software Up-to-Date Program Products (software upgrades)
  • Affexcel Developer products (membership, technical support incidents)
  • Affexcel Print Products
  • Affexcel Serviceable Products
  • Customized Products / Programs

* You can return software, provided that it has not been installed on any computer. Software that contains a printed software license may not be returned if the seal or sticker on the software media packaging is broken.

3. HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM ?

Ship your item back to Affexcel:

  • To return an item to Affexcel, sign in to your Order Listing page with your Affexcel ID and password.
    After you sign in, you will see the items from your recent orders. Select an item to go to the order details page. From there, use the Start a Return link below your item and then click the Get Started button. On the next page, confirm the items from your order that you’d like to return and select the Initiate Your Return button.
  • Next, read the instructions and select the Print Return Label button to print your shipping and any required hazmat labels. If you’re shipping multiple boxes, use the Print Return Label button again to print new labels for each box. We recommend using the original packaging if you are returning a tangible product.
  • You can either schedule a pickup with the carrier or drop off the package at any of the carrier’s locations to ship it back to Affexcel

Additional steps are required when shipping an item over ₹49,000 from your location to Affexcel:

  • Do ask with the carrier from you are shipping back to us

Follow the aforementioned instructions to initiate your return:

  • Bring your item to an Affexcel Store, or
  • You can always return the item to any India Affexcel Store. An Affexcel Specialist will assist you with your return. Your refund will be processed at that time. To locate an Affexcel Store in your area, please refer to the Affexcel Retail Store Locator. Please contact your Business Team to initiate a return for orders shipped directly to your business.
4. REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. If you cancelled a pickup item, and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancellation request.

The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:

  • If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
  • Refunds on products purchased from Affexcel using an Affexcel Gift Card (or previous generations of Affexcel gift cards) will be issued to you as an Affexcel Gift Card by email. If you’d like us to send you a physical Affexcel Gift Card by mail, ask the representative helping you.
  • Products paid for using your Affexcel Account Balance will be refunded to your Affexcel Account Balance.
5. EXCHANGE AN ITEM

If you purchased your item from Affexcel in India., you can take it to any Indian Affexcel Store for an exchange. Item exchanges are, of course, subject to in-store product availability. It’s a good idea to check if a product is in stock by visiting affexcel.com and then seeing if it’s available for pickup at a store nearby.

The only exchange exceptions are personalized items (such as hardware or software) and Services that have been custom-configured or services as non-tangible. These items cannot be exchanged in store; they can only be returned and your refund will be issued to the payment method you used on your order (per the guidelines in our Standard Return Policy).

Items ordered online from Affexcel that arrived damaged or are incorrect can be returned to either Affexcel Store, or through website www.affexcel.com or by contacting Customer Service at 811-800-3333.

6. PRICING AND PRICE REDUCTIONS/CORRECTIONS

Affexcel reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at/on the Affexcel Website at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the Product page. In the event you have been charged more than the posted price for a product in an Affexcel Retail Store, please see a Manager for a refund of the overcharge.

Should Affexcel reduce its price on any Affexcel-branded product within 7 calendar days from the date you receive your product, feel free to visit an Affexcel Retail Store or contact the Affexcel Contact Center at 811-800-3333 to request a refund or credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price. To receive the refund or credit you must contact Affexcel within 7 calendar days of the price change. Please note that this excludes limited-time price reductions, such as those that occur during special sales events.

Price protection is only available for up to 10 units of a particular product. Additionally, we may require that you have the product with you or otherwise have proof of possession when requesting price protection.
Prices shown are in Indian Rupees. If you are paying for your order with an international Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card, please note that the purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates. In addition, your bank or credit card issuer may also charge you foreign conversion charges and fees, which may also increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer regarding these fees.

7. ORDER ACCEPTANCE/CONFIRMATION

Affexcel may, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity. Affexcel may also require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order. Once we receive your Online or Call Center order, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify Affexcel’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. The Affexcel Store reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If Affexcel cancels an order after you have already been billed, Affexcel will refund the billed amount.

8. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

The Affexcel Store offers standard and express delivery options. The standard delivery is free of charge for any order exceeding a certain amount. For orders below this amount or for express delivery, shipping fees will apply. Please visit https://www.affexcel.com/in/checkout/ for the current shipping rates and fees. Each item in your order will ship as it becomes available. Orders will not be accepted and products will not be delivered to any address outside of the covered delivery PIN codes in India. Please check your delivery PIN code is covered before ordering.

Please review the Shipping & Delivery section of the  page located at https://www.affexcel.com/in/checkout/ to learn more about how and when you will receive the products you purchased from the Affexcel Store. Please note that the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond Affexcel’s control once it leaves our facilities. We will, however, notify you of any significant delays, and work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.

As Affexcel takes care of the dispatch of the products you purchase on the Affexcel Store, the risk of loss or damage to the product(s) shall pass to you when you, or a person designated by you, acquires physical possession of the product(s).

9. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND LIMITATIONS

Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, Affexcel may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Trust us, we’re building them as fast as we can. Affexcel reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when Affexcel confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, Affexcel will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.
