Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

We make every effort to provide our customers with products that look the same as the images displayed on our website pages. However please keep in mind that photographs have a difficult time showing exact colors and that the actual color of a product may vary slightly from what is shown in our website images. Product images may slightly vary from the actual image.

Digital goods will differ as the image used for the goods is actually an illusion.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

We created a separate dashboard for the users, you can find all the details at the dashboard from the My Account section. to find the receipt go to the section DASHBOARD > ORDERS > VIEW simply follow the steps,

You can find the Dashboard from MY ACCOUNT Section or choose YOUR NAME at the top menu bar near Search then go to Dashboard, where you can find all the details about your orders and Account.

How can I return an item?

The Product that you wish to return must be eligible for return.

If the product is eligible for returns, then you may contact to our Customer Care in India +91 (811) 800-3333 for the refund.

The return will approved by the accounts team & return process will be initiated according to our company policy within the time schedule, if eligible then will be issued a refund to your original payment method.

You may request returns for the products you buy from us listed on affexcel.com that are within the return window, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable on the product detail page.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes,” Out of stock” products are restocked as quickly as possible.
But the restocking of the products is totally relative and cannot be guaranteed for all the products on the website. If you are interested in an “out of stock” item, please do bring it to our notice by sending us a mail or contact us, and we would get back to you on the availability of the product.

Where can I ship my order?

We provide tracking information of the product to the customers.

Please tap on the “Track Order” in the footer section of the website to check your order status. Then to track your order enter your Order ID in the box and press the “Track” button where you can see your shipped order.

You can even find the Order details from your My-Account section, you can access the My-Account section from the top right menu under your account name.
